No. Simply open the app and start using it right away, no registration, login, or email required.

Barely. Core functions, including document scanning, color adjustment, reviewing, and standard PDF tools, run directly on your device offline.

Only 3 optional features require server processing:

• PDF to Word
• Text Extraction
• Word to PDF

Note: All three features are disabled by default and only run when you manually enable them.

A lot! You get unlimited scans, zero ads, no watermarks on your scanned documents, and full access to standard PDF tools.

Only a few advanced features have usage limits:

• Merge PDF: Up to 3 files per attempt.
• Create PDF from Images: Up to 5 images per PDF.
• Advanced OCR: 10 pages per month.
• Word to PDF: 20 conversions per day.
• Blur sensitive details: 10 uses in total.

Lock / Unlock PDF is Premium only. Full-text search works on Free too: it shows which documents and pages match. Opening a result, reading its snippet and searching inside a scanned document are Premium.

Both are supported seamlessly. After capturing one page, simply keep scanning subsequent pages (up to 20 pages per batch). You can then review, reorder via drag-and-drop, or delete imperfect pages.

Yes. Powered by the system's native document scanner, the app automatically detects edges, straightens perspective, and crops cleanly. Just hold your camera steady over the document.

The app offers 7 color modes:

• Original: Keeps natural camera capture.
• Magic Color: Brightens background and enhances text clarity.
• Black & White & Grayscale
• Sharpen & Denoise
• Custom Brightness & Contrast

Tip: You can apply a color mode to all pages in a batch, or set a default filter in Settings > Filter.

We offer dedicated scanning tools. Capture the front and back sides, and the app will merge both onto a single page automatically. Dedicated modes are available for ID Cards and Passports.

Occasionally, the camera module may fail to initialize on the first try. When this happens, a retry screen will appear, simply tap Retry to open the camera normally. We are actively working on a permanent fix in upcoming updates.

• On-device OCR: Runs entirely on your phone with unlimited usage, perfect for quickly extracting text from scanned images.
• Advanced OCR: Transmits files to a secure server to process complex PDFs while preserving original tables, formatting, and layout (subject to monthly quotas).

4 languages are supported: Vietnamese, English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. Recognition automatically adapts to your current app UI language.

Limits are set as follows:

• Per-batch limit: Up to 100 pages and under 64 MB.
• Free Plan: 10 Advanced OCR pages/month.
• Premium Plan: 150 Advanced OCR pages/month (max 30 pages/day).

Because it is the only feature that transmits files off your device. To protect your privacy, the app never uploads files automatically: you must navigate to Settings, turn it on, and accept the privacy notice prior to first use.

There are 13 tools grouped into logical categories:

• Organize: Merge, Split, Reorder pages.
• Edit: Compress, Rotate, Watermark.
• Security: Lock PDF, Unlock PDF.
• Convert to PDF: Images, Word, ID & Passport.
• Text Recognition: PDF to Word, Text Extraction.

There are 3 splitting methods:

• By custom page ranges (e.g., pages 1-5, 8-10).
• Every N pages into a separate file.
• Every single page into an individual file.

(All split files are automatically grouped into a new folder).

Depending on your selected level:

• Compact: Maximum file size reduction.
• Recommended: Optimal balance between size and quality.
• High Quality: Maximum visual detail retention.

The app displays pre- and post-compression file sizes along with percentage savings. If a file is already optimized, the app will notify you instead of performing redundant compression.

Yes. You can use the Lock PDF tool (available on Premium). You may opt to save the password securely in-app to unlock via Face ID or Touch ID in the future.

Important Note: For security reasons, forgotten passwords cannot be recovered by anyone.

You have full control over:

• Text content and text color.
• Opacity, font size, and rotation angle.
• Single placement or tiled pattern across the page.

(Includes real-time preview on your actual document before saving).

Open a PDF and tap Sign. Draw your signature with a finger, or go to Image file to take it from a PNG or JPG under 5 MB. Pick an ink color, drag the signature into place, drag a corner to resize it, and save. The app writes the signature into the document itself, on your device. If the PDF has a password, unlock it first.

Combine 3 management tools:

• Folders: Create, rename, and move documents into custom folders.
• Color Tags: Create custom tag names and filter quickly by color.
• Flexible Sorting: Sort files by name, creation date, size, or color tag.

Yes. Deleted files are moved to the Trash. Simply open Trash and tap Restore. Files are only permanently lost if manually deleted from the Trash.

• Sharing: Export via system share sheet (Email, Messaging apps, AirDrop, or Files).
• Printing: Built-in wireless printing directly from the app.

Yes. You can customize:

• Paper Size: A4, Letter, Legal, B5, or Fit to Image.
• Orientation: Portrait or Landscape.
• Margins: Adjustable margin padding.

(Up to 100 pages per export batch).

• Filename Search: Available to all users.
• Full-text Content Search: Available to all users. It searches the text inside your documents and shows which documents and pages match. Opening a result at that page, with a snippet, is a Premium feature.

Scanned contents, PDFs, filenames, and folder names are encrypted using AES-256 directly on your device. Encryption keys are securely bound to your device via iOS Keychain or Android Keystore.

Yes. Go to Settings > App PIN Lock:

• Set a dedicated App PIN.
• Enable Face ID or Touch ID authentication.
• Configure auto-lock timers: Immediately, or after 1 min, 5 mins, 15 mins, 1 hr, 4 hrs.

App PIN operates independently from system passcodes and does not alter document encryption keys.

Default is NO. All scanning, image processing, and PDF tools run offline locally. Only 3 optional features transmit data via encrypted channels to servers:

• PDF to Word
• Text Extraction
• Word to PDF

(All 3 features are off by default and require manual activation in Settings).

No, and this is by design. The app operates without accounts or cloud syncing, and explicitly excludes data from iCloud/Google Drive backups to ensure zero remote data footprint.

Recommendation: Manually export or share essential documents prior to switching devices.

Open the document, tap Blur and paint over what you want hidden, such as an account or ID number. The brush comes in four sizes (Thin, Medium, Thick and Free), and Undo reverses your last change. Saving creates a new document and leaves the original alone. Pages you blurred are stored as images, so their original text is no longer in the file for anyone to select or copy. All of this runs on your device. The free plan includes 10 uses; Premium has no limit.

Premium unlocks advanced capabilities:

• Increased Advanced OCR quota to 150 pages/month.
• Open full-text search results at the matching page, with snippets, and search inside scanned documents.
• Unlimited PDF merging and Image-to-PDF creation.
• Unlimited Word-to-PDF conversions.
• Unlimited Blur (the free plan includes 10 uses).
• Unlocks security tools: Lock PDF & Unlock PDF.

Choose between Monthly or Annual subscriptions (Annual offers significant cost savings). Billed directly through your App Store or Google Play account.

Open App Settings and tap Restore Purchases. This re-verifies your receipt with the App Store. If issues persist, please email us with your purchase receipt date.

• Cancellation: Manage via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions (or Google Play) at least 24 hours before renewal. You retain full Premium access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple/Google. On iOS, submit requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Nothing happens. All documents remain intact locally on your device without being locked, deleted, or watermarked. You simply revert to Free plan limits for new actions.

Yes. Premium is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. Sign in with the same account on your new device and tap Restore Purchases. (Note: Document libraries remain stored locally on each device).

Check these 3 prerequisites:

• Feature Status: Ensure enabled in Settings > Advanced OCR with privacy prompt accepted.
• Network Connection: Active internet connection required.
• Monthly Quota: Verify if your monthly OCR allowance has been exhausted.

Go to Settings, press and hold the App Version number to reveal Share Diagnostic Information. Tap to email the diagnostic file.

Privacy Guarantee: Diagnostic files are sanitized locally, containing only technical error logs and timestamps. Absolutely NO document content, filenames, or recognized text are included.

We cannot recover it for you, nor can anyone else.

• PDF Passwords form part of the file encryption algorithm itself.
• App PINs are stored strictly as salted hashes on your local device.

There are no backdoors by design to guarantee absolute data privacy. Please store your credentials securely.
